Spring Student Affiliate Registration – $16.00
Only one registration is allowed per teacher, so please verify that you have counted correctly before completing the form. Subtract 1 from the total number of students you wish to enroll and enter that number in the "Guests" box.

Registration is closed

Purpose: To provide students a wider musical experience than is usually found in private music study, with recognition for achievement in various phases of musical education and activity.

KMTA members must enroll students as Student Affiliates in order for those students to participate in any Student Affiliate activity including the TMTA Theory Test. Student details must be entered on the TMTA website. This form is simply for the collection of enrollment fees.

Fee: $16.00 per student.
