Each student will perform one movement of a sonata or sonatina by memory.

Teacher will enroll students via KMTA website. All students must abide by the following guidelines:

• An original copy of music must be provided for the judge. If the student brings a printout of the music, please make sure to fill out the Copyright Law Compliance Agreement Form from the KMTA website. In addition, all measures must be numbered.
• The student’s teacher is required to volunteer in some capacity to help the festival run smoothly.
• If students are playing an instrument other than piano, please advise the chairman as soon as possible.
• Please identify sibling group at time of enrollment.

Payment is due September 7. Students will receive a critique sheet, rating, and ribbon for each entry. Those students selected for the Honors Recital will receive a trophy.

The Honors Recital will be on Friday, October 13, at 6:00 pm at Victory of the Lamb Lutheran Church.

The Parent Information document will be emailed with specific procedures. Please discuss these procedures with the parents of your students.
